The Marketing Specialist will lead all regional marketing activities for the Cranes MP group with a primary focus on lead generation and dealer/customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive Cranes North American brand strategy, annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring these are aligned with the wider global marketing plans and broader Terex objectives
  • Adapt a digital first approach to exploit brand opportunities in the following areas:


      • Social Media
      • Email Marketing
      • PPC Advertising
      • Content Marketing
      • SEO/SEM


  • Develop marketing materials to support sales and help customers understand brand proposition
  • Planning of events, exhibitions and conferences
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional trade publications
  • Work with the wider marketing teams and other departments to execute key initiatives  
  • Ensure campaigns are fully integrated across the marketing communications mix
  • Use insights and analytics to continuously optimize marketing efforts


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree educated or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or IT or business-related qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience, ideally in a similar industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and organize/complete multiple projects efficiently with strong attention to detail



  • Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
  • Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to manage project, organize and prioritize
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving dynamic environment
  • Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
  • A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.



This role requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule and may require some travel in support of promotional activity however it is expected to be minimal.
