Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting

Position Overview

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting will perform various tasks to assist with the close process; such as financial statement analysis, review of reserves, foreign exchange rates, and Chart of Account changes. This role will work closely with the Consolidations, External Reporting, IT, Treasury, GBS, and FP&A teams on projects and on recurring tasks for the monthly and quarterly close cycle. 



  • Assist with Chart of Accounts maintenance including change management tracking, communication of changes, improvements and standardization, and intranet updates
  • Assist with changes to and coordination between OneStream financial management system and ERPs
  • Prepare periodic analytics and explain variances
  • Prepare topside journal entries
  • Monitor Intercompany matching process and aging of Intercompany balances
  • Manage, track and report on the status of Statutory Financial Statement preparation
  • Monitor cycle count statistics and reports to ensure adherence to company policy
  • Review monthly foreign exchange rates and their upload into TMS (ERP) and OneStream
  • Assist with annual segregation of duties and user access testing for ERP
  • Improvements to existing processes and establishment of new controls and policies
  • Assist with accounting research, documentation, and memo preparation
  • Respond to questions from global business units to assist them with accounting matters
  • Special projects


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Thorough understanding of internal controls and US GAAP
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel


Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or CPA eligible (Passed exams)
  • Public accounting experience or experience in the corporate accounting group of a multi-national company
  • Aptitude for process improvement
  • Ability to work independently; strong time management skills
  • Process oriented, willing to drive changes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn new skills
  • Some experience with HFM, OneStream, and/or TMS ERP
