Production Control ECN Coordinator

Position Overview

This position supports Utilities Operations by working closely with engineers.  One main objective of this position is to verify ECN documentation packages for completeness and accuracy and follow up on completed ECNs to ensure continued accuracy.



  • Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
  • Adhere to and promote The Terex Way Values
  • Processing Engineering Change Notices (ECN)
  • Assists in the timely completion of ECNs through documentation, validation/approval and basic input of materials and drawing information
  • Updates BOMs and Engineering masters
  • Assists with the interpretation of customer documentation, drawings and blueprints for defining manufacturing process flow
  • Communicates ECN impact with appropriate personnel including engineering, materials and production personnel.
  • Process Deviations and Change Orders as necessary.
  • Assists in transacting excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Engage in Team meetings
  • May be required to work overtime.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
  • MRP experience with ASI (TEREX) or equivalent
  • Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
