Trainee Office Management & HR

Terex Global GmbH, domiciled in Schaffhausen, is responsible within the Terex Corporation for the global procurement and distribution of machines and spare parts for certain segments within the Group. For our office in Schaffhausen we are looking for an interested Trainee Office Management & HR for a duration of 6 to 12 months. 

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Working in close collaboration with the Office Coordinator & Team Assistant as well as the HR Coordinator and HR Manager according to the internship plan
  • Support the Office Coordinator & Team Assistant as well as HR Coordinator in their daily business
  • Responsibility for different projects that might occur

 

Requirements:

  • Interest in working at the Reception, in Office Management and Human Resources and supporting the daily business
  • Ambition to aspire a position as HR Assistant in an international, dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on mentality, grounded, open-minded and flexible
  • Keen perception, structured and well-organized
  • Professional communication skills and team oriented
  • Fluent in German and English
