Global Commercial Operations Order Support

Position Overview
We are seeking for a Global Commercial Operations Order Support on a temporary basis for a maternity cover of six (6) months to provide support internally and to the dealer network with regard to receipt and management of orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.



  • Global functional responsibility for Aftermarket Parts business practices, standards, capability and improvement.
  • Facilitating the approval of warranty claims.
  • Facilitating the approval of other documents required by the business teams.
  • Facilitating approval of discounts process.
  • Review of order details including contact with other Terex sites.
  • Assisting the team with item creation and order entry into Oracle.
  • Assisting with creation of process flow documentation.
  • Supporting the training of New Parts team members in order processing.
  • Facilitate Russian Sanctions documentation for Russian Dealer.
  • Further tasks and responsibilities based on business requirement.



  • A commercial degree or consistent educational attainment.
  • 2-3 years relevant administrative or para-professional experience.
  • Strong Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and exceptionally organized.
  • Clear written, verbal and presentational communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and can work with zero direction and/or as part of a small team.
  • Flexible approach is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Second language preferred but not mandatory.


Not essential / desirable:

  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle).
  • Experience working in a multi-national manufacturing organization.
