Real World Responsibilities:

Potential intern projects include:

  • Support Early Talent Program including planning intern events, registering for Fall career fairs, ordering career fair display and giveaway items, and other coordination of the program
  • Develop existing organization hierarchies to include compensation alignment, training needs for team members to move up the job ladder, and other details related to organization hierarchies
  • Improve current new hire onboarding experience through researching best practices and creating a new

As part of our team we will:

  • Provide you with these real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career

Must haves:

  • Pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, business, or similar field
  • Availability to work in Redmond, WA for 3 months full-time (40hrs/wk)
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time

Nice to haves:

  • MS Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Positive and energetic
  • Graduating in 2020
