Real World Responsibilities:

Potential intern projects include:

  • Conduct routine generalist tasks such as interviews, corrective actions, exit interviews, new hire onboarding, and other tasks as they come up
  • Work with other HR professionals to understand their data needs & develop self-service solutions for those needs
  • Build out organizational hierarchy and career ladder by adding more salary and other details

 

As part of our team we will:

  • Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
  • Provide Human Resources professionals and functional leaders business data-driven insights utilizing analytical tools.

 

Must haves:

  • Pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, business, or similar field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Ability to work full-time for 6 months in Redmond, WA

 

Nice to haves:

  • General eagerness to support workforce analytics
  • Proficiency in Tableau, MS Office tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint experience, Tableau Desktop, Server experience
  • Previous HR experience
  • Positive and energetic
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible as situations arise
