Real World Responsibilities:

During your time with us you will:

  • Learn about lean manufacturing and its implementation in office environment
  • Get Familiar with sales and operation processes in our organization and analytics tools to support them
  • Work with information systems and relational databases and utilize data mining and reporting techniques
  • Explore different dashboarding and data analytics tools and techniques to help our senior leaders in data-driven decision making
  • Develop/Refine/Simulate Finished Goods Inventory Stocking Models
  • Develop Forecasting Tools

As part of our team we will:

  • Give you access to a peer group of talented analysts and learn from what they do to support our commercial team
  • Provide you opportunity to work with cross-functional team and be a part of our commercial excellence journey


Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related degree
  • Loves working with numbers and data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with a programming language such as R or Python, R is preferable
  • Likes or is comfortable with explaining and presenting your work
  • Good documentation skills, so that whatever was worked on can be passed on
  • Experience with Simio Simulation Modeling
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Learns quickly when facing new problems, open to change
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships with the internal customers (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.)
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability


Nice to haves:

  • Basic knowledge of VBA, Oracle SQL or other programming Languages
  • Understanding of relational databases (Oracle, AS400)
  • Basic knowledge of data mining techniques
  • Strong problem-solving analytical skills
  • Machine learning experience
  • Dashboarding experience
