Customer Service Rep II

Location: US-WA Redmond-B33 (HUB) HR 

Department:  Customer and Product Support 

 

 

This position is responsible for sales support, communications with Terex AWP customers, Outside Sales Representatives, Suppliers and Partner Yards, inventory management, reporting and continuous improvement. This person should have a great attitude, be self-motivated, analytical thinker, detail oriented and have a professional demeanor.

 

  • Identifying proper equipment  
  • Quoting equipment pricing and availability
  • Quoting and facilitating the movement of freight as required
  • Order entry and invoice processing
  • Resolve order issues
  • Work with national accounts, trade suppliers, partner yards and Auction providers to coordinate movement and transactions to ensure accuracy of inventory.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance metrics
  • Develop area tools and processes to improve performance.
  • Lead and support area Lean initiatives.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years Proficiency with current MS Windows and MS Office, Google G-suite with advanced level proficiency in Excel & V-LookUps experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • VBA a plus.
  • Understanding of Sales Force and Oracle ERP is preferred. Must be detail oriented with great organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Must have a strong orientation toward safety, quality, and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Terex AWP products, our competitors and the lifting industry overall is preferred.
  • Ability to relate to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a positive, tactful manner. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Experience leading improvement activities or strong understanding of Lean principles and practices. 
  • Ability to quickly learn on the fly.
