Operations Support Officer (Genie)

Details: Full-time permanent position located in Darra, QLD.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and planning support to the Service department, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently and meet compliance requirements.

More specifically, the Operations Support Officer will be expected to:

  • process Service department customer invoicing
  • be responsible for the service AP & AR enquiries
  • receipt service purchase orders, review and process supplier invoices
  • undertake general office administration duties including data entry
  • compile end of week and end of month reports for the operations department
  • ensure tasks are completed in line with our internal controls
  • Administration of monthly stock take.

Skills and experience

Our ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience as an administrator in a Service or Finance environment (ideally)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management with attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate and build rapport with a national team
  • High-intermediate level in MS Office
  • Quick to learn and adapt to change
  • Ability to work autonomously.
