Maintenance Technician I - Weekends Moses Lake, WA

Moses Lake, WA, US

This team is responsible for the proper functioning of facilities. They provide facility and power plant services. They review and make recommendations on facility requirements and implements preventative maintenance needs.


Basic Qualifications:

  •  Requires a High School diploma.
  • 3 plus years’ experience in the maintenance of process equipment, machinery, and tools in an Industrial setting,
  • Valid Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Working knowledge of the purpose and operations of plasma and laser cutting tables, forming, robotics, CNC machining, welding and industrial paint systems.
  •  In-Depth technical knowledge of PLC’s, basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment and systems
  •  Skill at diagnosing systems with automated controls, troubleshooting and solving mechanical problems
  • Ability to perform a full range of maintenance activity on process equipment, machinery, tools and facilities systems
  •  Ability to diagnose maintenance problems and establish corrective course of action
  •  Ability to establish a sequenced maintenance plan
  •  Ability to read precision instruments and perform mathematical calculations
  •  Ability to observe and follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a variety of machinery, tools and weld.
  •  A formal apprenticeship program or higher education in industrial technology is preferred along with High School diploma.
  •  Basic knowledge of TPM processes and the principles and practices of lean manufacturing
  •  Sufficient human relations skills to convey technical concepts to others and maintain harmony with team members and customers
  •  Basic skills in using common personal computer-based business programs
  •  Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions, maintain complete records and interpret plans, diagrams, operating manuals and specifications
