Real World Responsibilities:
During your time with us you will:
- Own a project focused on improvement of our Global manufacturing spend reporting
- Gain a solid understanding of our financial reporting system and how to manage financial data within it
- Understand and document Operations Finance processes
- Work across multiple functions including finance, accounting, as well as plant operations teams
- Support at least 1 month end spend review for 1 or more departments
- Support and participate in at least 1 month end spend forecast update
- Support ad hoc analysis as necessary
As part of our team we will:
- Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
Must haves:
- Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- System Skills: Must have experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work 3 or 6 months full-time in Moses Lake, WA in 2021
Nice to haves:
- Ability to adapt and learn data systems (Oracle ERP system, OneStream)
