Warehouse Associate

Louisville, KY, US



  • Pulling parts inventory from customer service sales orders.
  • Packaging parts inventory to be shipped to the customer.
  • Shipping parts to customer.
  • Unloading merchandise being received from loading docks to stock and place into warehouse inventory.
  • Move materials through facility with the use of material handling equipment (i.e. forklift, reach truck, order picker).
  • Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas.
  • Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping, etc.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Complete routine paperwork to properly document work performed.
  • Use computers and scan guns to dispense and receive basic information that includes product codes, part numbers, quantities, locations, etc.
  • Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts.
  • Parts and pick ticket quality inspections.
  • Other duties as assigned. Job duties subject to change without notice


Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving parts
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • 1+ years experience working in a warehouse environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position will be considered
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in the English language 
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
  • Ability to bend and lift throughout the day, manually unloading and loading merchandise
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely in team environment with manager and co-workers
