Position Overview:


The Aftersales division is looking for more strength to join in the roll-out plan of their digital program. CDI (Connected Dealer Inventory) is the Terex Aftersales initiative supporting dealers & customers to plan their spare parts inventory. This process is enabled thanks to a web cloud solution. The digitalization specialist will be responsible for the relationship with dealers and the upkeep of regular stocking proposals to ensure end customers are provided with sufficient inventory. He / She will be responsible to cover all the operational tasks to develop inventory strategies, processes and tools to improve availability of parts at the point of sale. This role will also be responsible for analyzing the CDI partners performance as well as onboarding new dealers in the program.





  • Go-to point of contact for CDI in Americas
  • Continuously monitor & improve the CDI solution with the overall objective to improve parts availability
  • Effort coordinator in between Terex, dealers and IT implementation partners.
  • Actively support development of the overall CDI program, providing coaching & training to internal stakeholders as well as participating dealers
  • Basic forecast modeling and analytics
  • Review, improve and release parts recommendations to the connected dealers
  • Monitor and report dealers performance and action accordingly
  • Identify and update relevant planning parameters
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting - identify business risks and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance to applicable quality requirements
  • Support as required other Parts & Service related initiatives, such as e-Commerce




  • Understanding of material/inventory planning
  • Knowledge of any kind of software related to demand planning is desirable.
  • The ability to demonstrate proficiency in statistics, forecasting with an understanding of their financial and operational impact
  • Excellent computer and Excel skills
  • Other languages are a plus
  • Structured approach, data-driven and analytical
  • Ability to interact successfully in different cultures
  • Strong collaboration and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills




Excellent written and spoken English




Must be willing and able to travel (approximately 20%)
