Being one of the world’s market leaders in Aerial Work Platforms where we build not just products but careers, we are recruiting for two Regional Parts Managers, located in either the UK, Netherlands, Spain, Italy or Dubai to cover parts of the EMEAR region.


About the Job

As a Regional Parts Manager your main focus will be to ensure business growth in your assigned region by establishing and refining distribution for aftermarket parts. You will be expected to target each marketplace and identify the best companies, customers and/or dealers to develop the parts business. Next to that you will coordinate development efforts with other Genie functions and train customers on the value proposition making communication skills essential! Your fellow team members are located around Europe as well as your direct manager, the Parts Director EMEAR.


About You

To succeed in the role of Regional Parts Manager, you'll need to be degree qualified in a relevant discipline.  You will have previous experience in a commercial customer facing role / Aftermarket Parts Sales, ideally in an international environment.  You will need strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.  You will be results oriented, passionate for sales and negotiations, analytical with the ability to apply structured thinking and logic to your work and provide solutions to challenges.  Having experience in managing an authorized dealer network is a plus.

It is essential that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in other languages is a big asset, especially Italian, Spanish, Arabic and Hindi. Being in the Regional Parts Manager role requires travel up to 60% of normal working hours, flexibility and valid driving license.
