About the Role

Due to the business growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join the Franna team to support a high performing sales team and grow with the business to the next level.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be strategically agile and assume full budget responsibility for the product range and sales team members therein. Increasing market share in existing markets and seeking out and growing new global markets are a key focus for this very important role. You will lead all strategic sales activities working in conjunction with the respective parts and service support and finance leader to ensure growth in revenue and margins. 

The role will require intelligent market feedback to the relevant manufacturing plants to enable the development of market leading products.

Accurate forecasting, budget planning and assisting strategic marketing activities are all crucial to succeeding in this position. Managing accounts receivables and ensuring our customers have the best experience, as measured by our Net Promoter Score, are also fundamental.

  • International business acumen, including the ability to introduce new products into international markets.
  • Ability to take ownership, be accountable and willing to make decisions, sometimes under pressure.
  • You will have a strong work ethic demonstrating transparency, integrity and trust.
  • Ability to interact with your peers in the wider organisation and to leverage this your advantage.
  • Able to set goals and drive relevant actions to succeed.
  • Exceptionally strong negotiating skills .
  • Problem resolution and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to interpret company policies and lead your team to adhere to these. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally and often at short notice.
