Position Summary
This position will support the parts team to ensure processes and procedures are documented, min/max stock levels are loaded, and provide data analysis for the Parts department as well as perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the National Parts Manager and Parts department.
- Weekly Stock analysis, KPI scorecard reporting and collaborating customer feedback reports.
- Assist with documenting department processes and end-to-end job procedures.
- Analysing & recommending planned stock levels and excess and obsolete controls in relevant systems.
- Analysing customer spends & recommending growth strategies.
- Assist in Year-end cost roll.
- Perform customer pricing updates.
- Analyse Shipping & Logistics cost controls placed in Spare parts.
- Prepare Monthly MIS report for Spare Parts & Service.
- Recommend growth analysis.
- Undertake ECR back up for cycle counting.
- Conduct customer profiling
- Undertale adhoc projects as required by the business
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
Education/Training
- Diploma qualification in a Business Discipline or equivalent
Experience
- Proficient in MS Suite including advanced excel and intermediate powerpoint skills.
- Previous ERP knowledge - Oracle and/or SAP system experience would be well regarded.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems experience preferred.
- Previous experience in data analysis and providing relevant solutions.
- Exposure in an administration parts and/or service environment (possibly automotive or heavy vehicle).
- Require strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
- Well-developed problem solving skills with the ability to establish creative solutions.
- Strong general office skills.
- Understanding of purchasing principles.
- Previous experience (interpreting, writing) contract terms and conditions.

- Able to complete assignments in resourceful and effective ways.
- Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
- Ability to concisely articulate in written format.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
