Administration Assistant - Finance

About the role: 

The Administration Assistant will be required to assist the finance team with general administration and office duties (e.g. data processing and consolidation), receiving and making phone calls (e.g. to facilitate the processing of invoices), and performing a range of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks.

The role is classified as Part Time: 20 hours per week. The distribution of these hours across the week is flexible and can be determined by the employee in consultation with their manager.

 

Experience:

  • Experienced with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable 
  • Comfortable and competent with Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel skills required).
