Technical Support Administrator (Maternity Cover 9-12 months)

Dungannon, NIR, GB

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the Technical Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the Aftersales department, including Helpdesk, Field Service, Warranty and Training


Main Duties & Responsibilities


  • Work with the department managers to devise ways to improve Service delivery Internally to department Brands and Externally to Dealers
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are met
  • Handle daily FS Engineers & Juniors work schedule with the support of FS Manager
  • Working with FS Team Members (TM’s) to ensure all aspects of jobs are complete
  • Work with FS Engineers to understand scope of field service reports
  • Support and work to resolve any issues and complaints
  • Bring to the attention of the Field Service manager, any issues within the department.
  • When necessary, prepares and deliver estimates, invoices to Dealers for field service
  • Ensure department compliance and development of Terex Safety Road Maps and Mile Markers.
  • Attend and if required lead the Road Map Meetings for the Department
  • Any other duties as required 

 Additional Duties


  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
  • Actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in Terex opportunities
  • Support department in the absence of the Helpdesk & Field Service manager, as required.
  • Undertake additional activities such as attendance at events or conferences and involvement in project groups to further individual, service and organisational development


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • GCSE English and Maths.
  • Computer Literate – Able to use Microsoft Office systems especially Excel.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business




  • Degree educated
  • Experience in a Technical or Engineering Environment.
