Sales Graduate Programme 2022

Terex are looking for serveral ambitious, positive and resourceful Sales Graduates to launch their career within our Materials Processing Divisional Sales teams.  

The successful candidates would be based in our Campsie, Dungannon, Omagh or Monaghan sites day to day, however as a member of the Sales Team you will travel globally and/or relocate, depending on the business needs.


Our 15 month Graduate Programme will see participants complete an intensive internal and external training and development programme.  This will include training on:


  • Business knowledge
  • Product & Brand knowledge
  • Applications
  • Sales Techniques
  • Financial & Compliance Awareness
  • Commercial Excellence
  • Marketing


You will complete various modules throughout the year with a 3 month project at the end of the programme. Over the 15 months, your performance and development will be continually assessed to ensure you are getting the most effective learning experience.  Upon completion of the programme, participants will have the tools and skills to become a successful Sales person.  You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Sales departments and realise your full potential.


If you have recently graduated or are graduating in 2022 with a Degree in Engineering or a Business Discipline you are eligible to apply and we look forward to hearing from you.






  • Essential:
  • Degree Qualified in either Engineering or Business Discipline.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Willing to relocate to a training hub, within your country or region, for the duration of the program
  • Upon completion of the program, you must be willing to stay at the hub location or relocate within your country/region, depending on the business need (we cannot confirm final placement destination at time of offer)


  • Desirable:
  • Technical support, pre-sales support, installation or sales experience in the technology industry preferred
  • Sales experience preferred (including retail sales, corporate internships or entrepreneurial programs)
  • International Languages
