Product Support Representative

Dungannon, NIR, GB

An opportunity for a tempoary maternity cover for 12 to 9 months has arisen with in our Product Support team.  In this role you will be responsible for providing product support to the dealer network in terms of assisting them in part identification for the machines in their territory. This role will liaise closely with assigned dealers to discuss their needs and also with internal and external parties to find resolution.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Part Identification
  • Advising on price and availability of parts
  • Assisting in the sourcing of parts identified
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Responsible for communicating with the dealer network concerning their problems through the customer helpdesk system
  • Assisting in New product recommended parts list development.



Experience and Qualifications required

  • GCSE English and Maths  or equivalent
  • Experience of working within a busy office environment ideally in a customer service role
  • Must have the ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and schematics
  • Ability to organize and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlines
  • Experience in the crushing and screening industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good general knowledge of mechanical systems
  • The ability to listen and assist customers in problem solving
  • Learn and adapt to new systems quickly
