Operations Graduate Development Programme

Terex are looking for an ambitious, positive and resourceful Operations graduate to work within our Materials Processing Divisional, based in Northern Ireland.

 

Our 24 month Graduate Programme will see participants complete an intensive Rotational Operations Training & Development Programme. This will include training to gain an understanding of our overall business, Operations, Manufacturing, Production Control, Quality & Supply Chain Management.  The programme will combines mentoring, training, with hands on experience and a serious of projects.

 

We have positions available in sites across Northern Ireland.  

 

Over the 24 months, your performance and development will be continually assessed. Upon completion of the programme, participants will have the skills and tools to become a successful member of the team. You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Operations departments and develop to realise your full potential.

 

If you have recently graduated or are due to graduate in summer 2020 with an Engineering/Manufacturing degree, you are eligible to apply.

Qualifications/Experience

 

  • Engineering/Business/Manufacturing/Supply Chain Graduate degree (minimum BS/BA)
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Technical support, manufacturing, supply chain, quality experience in the technology industry preferred
