Position:                      Manufacturing Systems Co-ordinator

Location:                      Dungannon       

Reporting to:                Manufacturing Systems Leader

Hours of work:             39 ¾ hours per week

  

Reporting to Manufacturing Systems Leader the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of existing Production Control systems, processes and procedures to maximize safety, quality and delivery and to minimize cost of manufacture whilst insuring data compliance, control and the flow of information between various departments.

The role

 

As one of our Manufacturing Systems Coordinators you can expect to become an industry expert with a focus on applying manufacturing system processes to actively increase information accuracy.

The role will involve the maintenance of the company material management system in line with material flow and business requirements and maintaining a data driven culture.

Our Manufacturing Systems Coordinators will be responsible for conducting and maintaining the accuracy of system transactions and scheduling of production communications. They will also be coordinating information flow within a multi-functional business.

You

To succeed in the role of Manufacturing systems Coordinator, you'll need to be qualified to GSCE level including Maths and English (Grade C and above). You should have strong IT skills and can learn new systems. A knowledge of MRP or ERP systems would be desirable.  Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential. And most importantly you must have a desire to be the best in your field!
