This is an exciting opportunity to join the Terex Materials Processing (MP) team and become a CRM trailblazer for a number of key commercial business initiatives. Working closely with both business teams and Terex’s technical organization the successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of new modules as well as functional developments and enhancements. You will play a key role in aligning design and configuration across MP businesses and drive a single MP approach to solutions. The role also covers daily support of all CRM users answering questions which arise and identifying, fixing and testing any resulting bugs.

Main responsibilities will include

 

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the CRM toolkit and all functions relevant and related to the MP sales pipeline process.
  • Work with individual MP business units to gain a full understanding of their sales processes and sales team requirements from the CRM system.
  • Match these requirements against the standard Terex configuration and produce gap analysis reports identifying critical and non-critical issues.
  • Be responsible for ‘User Acceptance Testing (UAT)’ – create test scripts, analyse test results, identify issues and work with the development team to address these.
  • User training – devise and conduct user training for TM’s across the whole segment
  • Development and provision of operational reports extracted from CRM system
  • Ongoing enhancement and development of functionality in line with business needs on CRM system
  • Post deployment support – ongoing support for new & existing MP users ( including troubleshooting and training).

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3rd level education
  • Demonstrable experience of business analytics and data manipulation
  • Proven recent in depth experience of working with CRM systems
  • Experience in system testing (UAT) and clearly documenting findings and defining processes
