How can I apply for a job at Terex?
Apply online at www.terex.com using word processing documents only (such as MS Word). The system cannot accept PDF files.
What if I apply online but do not get a response?
If you do not receive an email acknowledging we have received your resume, email globaltalentacquisitions@terex.com. Someone will confirm the status of your candidacy within 10-15 business days. However, Terex will personally reach out only to candidates who meet the basic qualifications for the job. All other candidates will be notified when the role has been filled.
How can I reach someone in recruiting directly to discuss my interest and qualifications?
We truly appreciate the interest each candidate has in Terex and the time taken to apply. However, due to the volume of resumes we receive it is not feasible to talk to every person who submits a resume.
If my resume is a potential match for an open job, what are the next steps?
Step One: We will contact you by phone or email to confirm your qualifications and interest in the role and to understand your compensation history.
Step Two: We will schedule a video or face-to-face interview with you (usually 1 or 2 rounds with various Terex team members, most likely including the hiring manager). In some locations and/or departments skill assessments may also be conducted.
If Terex does not have a current opening that fits my career interest and qualifications, can I still submit my resume?
Yes. You can submit your resume to any of the jobs listed below: These roles act as our talent pool database, which Terex recruiters explore first as new openings arise.
If I submit my resume using one of the above jobs will I be contacted when new jobs open?
If your qualifications meet the basic qualifications of a new open job, one of our recruiters may send you an email informing you of the new open job. If you are interested, it will be up to you to re-enter our system, update your profile, and apply for the new open job.
How often can I re-enter the Terex career site to update my resume or post for other jobs?
As often as you would like; no limits.
Can I submit a cover letter with my resume?
Yes, you can submit both as long as they are both word processing documents (such as MS Word). The system cannot accept PDF files.
If I am no longer interested in applying to Terex, can I delete my resume?
No. You are unable to delete your resume, but you can indicate on it that you are no longer interested in being considered. For applicant tracking & reporting purposes it will remain in our system until we periodically purge records.
What will happen if I submit my resume through postal service or email?
If you attempt to apply online, but are unsuccessful or you simply prefer or are only able to apply via mail, contact a local representative in Human Resources and you will be given instructions on how to apply manually.
